Information is Key. At 509, we start by learning as much about your home as possible. Our process starts with whole home documentation by detailing and archiving every aspect of your home.

Our vendors find it extremely valuable having access to the information about your property upfront. Having the entire home documented allows us to answer questions for vendors and take this burden off of our members. Projects and repairs can often be bid without a vendor making additional trips to your home!

Preventative maintenance matters.

Emergencies are expensive. Think about a routine doctor visit vs. an emergency room visit. Emergency care is expensive, no matter what industry you look at! 509 members benefit from our understanding and belief in the importance of preventative maintenance and our ability to do that work for them!

509 Members will receive notices of best practice for quarterly preventative  maintenance and will be able to opt in for just a few or as many services they would like to have performed at their home.

The 509 Construction and Maintenance team can get pre-sale or post closing repairs handled and our members don’t have to lift a finger.  We offer painting,  staging, cleaning,  moving services and title services.  Knowing your home as well as we do from having you as a member is a huge advantage.
